Refund Policy

All powersports vehicle sales are considered final once the vehicle has been picked up from our dealership or delivered to the customer. Once a vehicle leaves our property, it is considered used and cannot be returned or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a customer experiences an issue after purchase, they should contact MotoForce for information about applicable legal and manufacturer’s warranties. Our service department can assist with and facilitate many warranty claims at our repair facility.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable Quebec consumer-protection legislation.
